Originally from New York, Mrs. Fernandez moved to Tampa, FL in 1991. From 1993 to 2005 as a licensed title agent, Mrs. Fernandez built her career by gaining knowledge and experience, learning every aspect of the title industry by working for well established private companies, builders, lenders, and mortgage brokers. After so many years of hard work and dedication, Mrs. Fernandez acquired the skills and knowledge to open her own title company, Affordable Title Services, Inc. in 2005. As a previous title company owner, Mrs. Fernandez is extremely knowledgeable and understands the importance of impeccable customer service. Westchase Title, LLC feels very fortunate that Mrs. Fernandez chose to be a part of the title family. Having over 20 years of title experience, Mrs. Fernandez is truly dedicated to the title industry.

Mrs. Fernandez has been married to her high school sweet heart for over 20 years and is a proud Mother of 3. She also brings devotion towards charitable organizations as she is an active member of the West Tampa Latin Rotary Club. Amongst her many talents, Mrs. Fernandez speaks also both Spanish and Tagalog.
